Verity IQ’s solutions, including “Verity Dialog CRM” and “Verity Student SIS,” help higher education institutions manage the entire student lifecycle. The CRM facilitates multi-channel communication for student recruitment and retention and guides prospective students through the admissions process with paperless and e-signature workflow automation. The SIS tracks student attendance, academic progress, documents, as well as student account ledgers, supported by digital payment processing for tuition and fees, in addition to capturing progress to graduation and post-grad job placement.

Chris DeLuca is the founder of DeLuca Law LLC and serves Of Counsel as a member of the Education Practice Group with Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes, P.C. Chris has over 30 years of experience providing legal, financial and management services to business owners and career school operators. In addition to being a licensed attorney, Chris is also a certified public accountant (inactive status).
Larry Keeley is a globally recognized innovation expert, co-founder of Doblin, and author of Ten Types of Innovation. He’s worked with Fortune 500s, top universities, and global foundations to help leaders think boldly and act strategically in fast-changing environments.
Dr. Jason Altmire is President and CEO of Career Education Colleges and Universities (CECU), where he has led the organization to significant growth and innovation since 2020. A former U.S. Congressman known for his bipartisan leadership and legislative success, Dr. Altmire also brings senior executive experience from the healthcare industry. He is a published author, public speaker, and frequent media commentator, with academic credentials including a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Florida. In addition to serving as an adjunct professor, he holds leadership roles in numerous civic and policy organizations, reflecting his deep commitment to public service, education, and effective governance.
Brian Michelini is a director with more than 20 years of experience in the higher education sector, providing expert audit and advisory services. Brian oversees audits and other special projects and works with clients during program reviews conducted by the U.S. Department of Education and the Office of Inspector General. He presents at seminars for third-party servicers servicing for-profit institutions and regularly attends educational sessions to broaden his knowledge of the industry.

Cassandra Lee is the Fiscal Disbursement and Reconciliation Manager with 22 years of financial aid experience. With an associate's degree in office administration and bachelor's degree in business, Cassandra combines analytical skills with a commitment to driving efficiency and improving processes. She has demonstrated her skills in financial leadership, coordinating financial aid disbursements, resolving discrepancies, and leading reconciliation efforts to ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Diane Williams is the Vice President of Fiscal with a strong background in banking and finance. With a master’s degree in business, Diane has honed her skills in problem identification and solution development, driving efficient strategies in fiscal management. Her expertise in financial leadership stems from years of experience in the banking industry, where she cultivated a results-driven approach to addressing complex challenges.
Beyond her professional life, Diane enjoys traveling and cherishes time spent at the beach with her family, embracing the balance between work and leisure.

Diarra Reynolds is the Manager of the R2T4/Refund team, bringing over 7 years of experience in financial aid. Throughout her career, she has honed her expertise in managing intricate processes while delivering great service. Outside of work, Diarra loves baking cheesecakes, expressing her creativity through painting, and cherishing quality time with her family.

Rosha Harrison begun her career in the Financial Aid industry back in December 2002. She started as a processor at a Third Pary servicer assisting many different colleges with the awarding of their Title IV funding. Later, she moved into management, where she worked more closely with the school staff and led a team up to 15 ppl. Currently in her role at Portico as the Director of FA processing, she continues to lead & mentor a team of processors & account mgrs, assist schools with their awarding of their Title IV aid, while remaining compliant, ensuring accuracy, and providing great customer service.

Sarah Scott has worked in the Title IV financial aid industry supporting Third Party Servicers for 24 years. Early years were spent engaging with students and FA staff at the school level while facilitating the TIV awarding process. Recently she has been utilized as a trainer for the Portico FA Processing Team to ensure compliance and accuracy. She is a subject matter expert in relation to student eligibility and awarding.
Shannon Weitz is an experienced Product Manager specializing in Higher Education Operations Management, with 15 years of experience. With a strong background in Financial Aid Operations, Career Development, and Employee Relationships. Shannon excels in streamlining processes and developing innovative features that enhance efficiency. Passionate about optimizing systems and training teams, Shannon is dedicated to making higher education operations smoother, more effective, and better aligned with institutional goals.

Valerie has been in the financial aid (Title IV) industry for 20 + years. She started as a Financial Aid Advisor at a small college that continued to grow. As the college grew so did she. She has held job titles from Financial Aid Advisor to Corporate Financial Aid Trainer. She enjoyed seeing the students reach their career goals while helping them receive aid to pay for their education.
When she took on the position with Campus Ivy as a third-party servicer, she thought she would miss the interaction with students and parents. However, she was happily surprised that her knowledge can help new Financial Aid professionals build their knowledge which in turn helps the students reach their career goals.

Domingo Alvarez has over twenty years of experience in public accounting and private industry. Prior to founding Alvarez Mendoza LaBounty, CPA, Domingo was an auditor with the audit firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Miami, Florida. During his time with the firm, he worked with clients of various sizes ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local or middle market companies. His industry experience includes Higher Education, Construction, Retail, Manufacturing, Audits of Employee Benefit Plans (401k Plans), and Transportation and Warehousing Logistics. His more significant clients included Nova Southeastern University, Mastec, Panalpina Worldwide Logistics, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Edwin Watts Golf Shops, Inc., Cordis (a wholly owned subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson), and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.
Domingo dedicates his time to the Higher Education Industry and volunteers significant time as an associate member of the Florida Association of Postsecondary Schools and Colleges (FAPSC). Domingo is also a frequent presenter in industry specific seminars.
Domingo has a Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting and International Business and a Masters of Business Administration from Florida International University. Domingo is a licensed certified public accountant.

Antoine Zervudacki is a Higher Education growth strategist and innovation advisor with over 20 years of international experience. He is currently CEO of BUNJI Growth, a performance agency dedicated to enrollment, retention, and lifetime value optimization for universities across the U.S. and Latin America. He also serves as VP of Innovation and Marketing at Salt Venture Partners, a U.S. venture capital firm investing in disruptive education, health, and tech solutions. With a dual master's degree in Political Science and Labor Law, Antoine has applied his expertise to lead digital transformation initiatives in global organizations such as Adidas, BBVA, UNICEF, and Unilever, scaling engagement and growth strategies.
In Higher Education, he has designed branding, enrollment, and retention strategies for institutions including CMVC (USA), American Healthcare Institute (USA), and Antigua College International (Florida), Universidad Anahuac (Mexico), EAFIT (Colombia), European School of Healthcare Education (Spain), He has also supported EdTech groups like Faro EdTech (Spain) and continuing education programs for organizations like Grupo Bolívar Davivienda (Skill-i), SNAC University (Mexico), and NIKKEN USA.

Things to Do in the Area
One of Hollywood’s most distinctive features is the 2.5-mile Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, a paved pathway that runs along the edge of the beach, separating the beach from the shops and restaurants on the other side. Users can walk, jog, bike, or rollerblade along the Broadwalk while taking in the view of one of the most scenic beaches in South Florida.
